BY USING THIS SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

• You use 12TICKS entirely at your own risk
• Sythion International Limited has no liability for any damages, losses, or harm arising from your use of the Service
• We are not responsible for the conduct, actions, or content shared by other users
• The platform involves live interactions with other people who may use offensive language, express strong opinions, or engage in inappropriate behavior including indecent exposure
• We cannot guarantee the reliability, availability, or security of the Service at all times

As a user of 12TICKS, you agree to:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account
• Respect other users and maintain civil discourse
• Not engage in harassment, hate speech, or illegal activities
• Not spam, advertise inappropriately, or disrupt conversations
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
• Accept that other users may flag inappropriate behavior
• Understand that repeated violations may result in temporary or permanent bans

You retain ownership of content you create and share on 12TICKS. However, by using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the platform.

All recordings of ticker sessions are automatically created and stored. By participating, you consent to being recorded and understand these recordings may be accessible to other users.

• Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Free tickers expire after 24 hours unless you have a Commander subscription
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
• Update these Terms with reasonable notice
• Remove content that violates our policies
• Terminate accounts for violations of these Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Sythion International Limited is incorporated. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration.
